Dale McKay – ‘Make You Happy’

Soulful Sheffield-based singer / songwriter Dale McKay is set to release his eagerly awaited four-track EP “Here and Now” on 16th September 2016.
Dale McKay has been a prolific writer of classy, soul-tinged pop for a while now and has been picking up good support, firstly from BBC Introducing in Sheffield, and now the national BBC Introducing Show with Mark Forrest.  As a taster for the EP, Dale has put out the wonderfully catchy and feel-good “Make You Happy”.  You can hear that James Morrison has been an influence of Dale’s but this track stands out on its own and can give any major artist, such as James Morrison or Paolo Nutini a run for their money.

Voodoo Dancer – ‘Forever Girl’ (Raw Beautiful Club Mix)

Stylish New York soul / pop collective Voodoo Dancer have released an Eric Kupper club remix of the wonderfully, catchy “Forever Girl”.  Voodoo Dancer combine straight-up pop with a classy soul vibe, reminiscent of such 80s luminaries as the Blow Monkeys and Spandau Ballet.

Their latest track “Forever Girl” has seen legendary remix artist Eric Kupper (Usher, Goldfrapp, Shakira, Maloko, New Order, Depeche Mode to name but a few of the many artists that have benefited from Eric’s remix talents), grab this tune by the horns and produce a hypnotic club anthem that will keep the dancers across club land both in Europe and the rest of the world dancing until the break of day.
